It was easy to order and the delivery was fast. Very pleased with the results.

Terrible experience! I needed an order shipped to Germany, after speaking with an agent via live chat, I was told to make an order and call in to give my card details and the order would be dispatched. Straightforward right? So that's what I did. While I was on the phone with them, I was then told to email the team because they weren't able to process this online. Fine, that's what I did again. After emailing, someone named Conor said: 'sorry, we can't ship abroad.' Okay, so there's confusion somewhere, so I proceeded to cancel my order. And then I receive another email, saying: 'sorry, Conor was wrong, we actually do ship abroad, can you call in again to give your address and pay?' And that's what I did again. Except after providing the full address, another agent named Grace came in and said she needs to wait for another department to give her shipping costs, and afterward she'll call back to take payment 'shortly'. Now fast forward to a week later, no call, nothing. Shipping abroad is a simple yes or no and doesn't require 5 different correspondences to sort out.

I was so pleased with my roller banner. Uploading my design was easy, order was hassle free. Placed an order at 9pm and the day after the proof was with me by 12pm. Great service and I will be ordering from here again!

Brought from them a few times- on each order the quality gets progressively worse. From the last batch of labels I received, only 40% we're usable, the rest were obviously cut in half and had been sent out anyway. I get an email supposed to be an apology, but the rep hadn't even filled in the gaps in the generic email template. Nevertheless I agreed to give them one last try during their "SALE". Long story short, the sale didn't exist. I was told every excuse from "the price shown is the sale price" (even though they were about 10-20% higher than when I last ordered) to "we have no control over the emails we send out to people". In the end when I directly asked if the sale ever existed, they just stopped replying to me.
